For more than 31 years, it has been my pleasure to partner with various organizations across the country to assist in growing their business, expanding their bottom line, developing their people and reaching their full potential. As the former Executive Vice President of Insperity, an HR outsourcing firm listed on the New York Stock Exchange, I rose from sales manager in a small sales office to leading all sales and marketing. On my watch, Insperity grew from one sales office in 1990 to 81 sales offices today, from six salespeople to 660, and from a virtual startup to almost $5 billion in revenue.
